LEASING RIGHTS
You will receive an encoded MP3 file of the untagged song, and/or a copy of the raw WAV file. The song file can be delivered digitally.
-Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for . for non-profit promotional purposes and demos for a 6 month period, or until the beat gets placed by a major label. After either one of these circumstances, you lose all your rights to the beat. Once a beat is leased from DREAMBEATZ MUSIC, the music may be used as background music for your lyrics or else.
- You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat).
- You will receive a contract in the mail granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use
-Selling ANY copies, using the music for any for profit venture, or any releases for consumers means YOU MUST acquire a new lease or exclusive rights.
- The music producer retains his rights. You must give full credit to the producer on all commercial recordings and broadcasts. Upon purchasing leasing rights, I'm still owns the beat(s) and I'm able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
- You will receive a MP3 file of the beat (or song), untagged (free of soundmarks) and/or a copy of the raw WAV files. The song file can be delivered digitally.
- You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat).
- You will receive a contract in the mail granting you exclusive rights to the beat. You own the recording as a "work made for hire".
- DREAMBEATZ MUSIC MAY NO LONGER LEASE or sell the beat, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page (no downloads there).
- You must however give full credit to the seller on all commercial recordings.

PURCHASE
Once you purchase a beat, it will take up to 24 hours to send in your inbox with the right contract. However if you didn't receive anything, send us an email with with the same email adress your purchased the beat, and the number of the beat.
